It’s no secret that female Aussie basketball exports to experience considerable success in the U.S. In fact, this particular Victorian one has been placed upon some of the best NCAA players.
Stacey Barr:
Victorian basketball pro Stacey Barr experienced great success after playing for the Idaho Vandals in 2014 and 2015.
The 5’8” basketballer went to Maribyrnong High School, before attending The University of Idaho.
There, Stacey majored in dietetics whilst continuing to dominate the basketball court as a point guard.
The incredible talent received an All-American honourable mention from the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association, which aligns her with some of the best NCAA’s players.
Stacey played a total of 125 games, and was voted Capitol One Academic All-District Seven Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
After completing her college degree, Stacey was recently signed by The Perth Lynx.
