There is a lot of information to go over with your family and it is very important to completely understand the entire process since it is a new one.

It is best to read over every document that NSR gives you and take note of any questions that you may have so that you can bring it up with an NSR rep. Slight misunderstandings can lead to frustration and we encourage everyone to contact us if they are having trouble understanding any part of the process.
There are always answers to questions and we are happy to resolve any issues. We do not want anyone to feel like they are missing something or to feel like they aren’t doing something correctly.
