The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) is a smaller conference consisting of only 11 member schools all located in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. There are a total of 23 sports fielded; 10 men’s sports and 13 women’s sports. The women’ssports include; basketball, cross country, field hockey, golf, lacrosse, rowing, soccer, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, indoor track and field, outdoor track and field, volleyball and water polo. The men’s sports include; baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, lacrosse, rowing, soccer, swimming and diving, tennis, outdoor track and field and indoor track and field.
The full member schools in the MAAC are; Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, Manhattan College in Riverdale Bronx, New York, Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, Niagara University in Lewiston, New York, Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey and Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
