Mackenzie Burgoyne (WA) shares with us his new training schedule at Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
“In the afternoon we usually train at about 4 o’clock prior to dinner in the cafeteria. We do weights training prior to normal training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3pm and train our cores and trunks with different compound leg exercises, working to become explosive from the lower body. At normal training we have a variety of drills working from skills through to fitness and game play scenarios.
On top of Mackenzie’s soccer schedule, he attends classes three times a week from 9-11am and the other two days, 10-2:30pm.
