Number #19 for the Australian Hockeyroos, Georgie Parker has some special words for the athletes that are gearing up for the Hockey South Australia NSR Showcase on Saturday.
The hockey superstar is currently in Antwerp, representing Australia for the Hockey World League 2015.
Georgie took some time out of her busy schedule to offer some words of encouragement for the athletes that are preparing to trial, in her very own home-town of South Australia!
“I’m so lucky to be able to travel the world while doing what I love – play hockey. Being able to play college sport gives you not just the opportunity to train in some of the best facilities in the world, but you’re also getting a degree while creating these experiences abroad that you’ll never forget,” she said.
