Bircher Muesli
3 cups of Wholegrain rolled oats
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 cups of milk
1 punnet of strawberries quartered
1 cup of fresh blueberries
¼ cup of Chia seeds
Simply mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning remove from fridge and serve desired amount with a serve of Greek yoghurt for breakfast!!
This recipe is for those time poor parents or athletes who are looking to prepare a hearty, nutritious breakfast before a big game!
This dish can be prepared in bulk and can be served for a number of days (provided that it has been kept in the fridge)
Athletes will never again start a game on an empty stomach!!
