For Gold Scholarships ONLY: I understand that I determine my own budget for college/university expenses in the US. I understand the minimum that budget must be is between 100,000 to 200,000 ZAR. I understand this is the average out of pocket expenses for IAM 360 students for minimum tuition requirements for international students, standard shared room, standard Meal plan

I understand that there will be some students and families that may have a higher or lower budget than others. There will always be families that have unlimited budgets, and these families may choose institutions that are not in my budget. Therefore, comparing schools, budgets or preferences is irrevelant as I dictate my own preference choices and budget

I understand IAM 360 is not limited to the number of schools they can work with. IAM 360 can send a student or student athlete to any school in the US, providing they have the suitable academics, athletic abilities and budget to match the school.

I Understand that IAM360's role is to source options that match my child's abilities including academically and athletically if playing sport. IAM360 will also take into consideration our social preferences including but not limited to location, weather, size of school, religion etc

I Understand that Once IAM360 has used our preferences and my child's ability to source options, IAM360 will coordinate for these Institutions to present to us online to help us make a selection of which University we wish to attend. These options are presented starting in October of Grade 11 and go through all the way until September Grade 12.

I Understand that IAM360 will continue to look after my child by being a support network whilst they are in the USA right through until they complete a Masters degree should they wish to do so. It will be our choice which university my child attends.

I understand that IAM360 is waiving the IAM360 Scholarship fee of 25 USD if the interviews and application deadlines listed in my email are followed as close to on time as possible.

I understand that the gold, silver and bronze scholarships have nothing to do with expected college costs as they are fee reductions in IAM 360's management fees. WHAT WILL IAM360 DO? IAM360 will provide various university options that match your preferences, including cost, social and academic. IAM360 have an in house career assessment and advising platform, IAM360 will Create a Portfolio for distribution, provide SAT registration and advice as well as SAT Study Platform. IAM360 also have Exclusive Access to admission offices at universities who present Live online open days. IAM360 will also provide Admission documentation support and advice, VISA documentation support and advice and College Care and Management, supporting your child whilst they are overseas and Much more!

I understand that the Gold, Silver and Bronze IAM360 Scholarships are fee reductions to the IAM360 Program based on IAM360 seeking ambassadors. I am not obligated to accept any award I receive but confirm that we are not wasting anyone's time as we understand a lot of time and effort goes into this process.

Please confirm the award you wish to apply for (By applying for a gold award, you may still receive a silver or a bronze award.
- I, Parent, wish to confirm that we are applying for a Gold Award - I can confirm that I understand that there are no payment plans available for the Gold Award and also confirm IAM360 have advised us that the Gold Scholarship will have over 100K ZAR in additional extras and programs added FREE of charge but IAM360 will have to set deadlines and due dates for the acceptance.
I confirm that IAM360 have advised us that we are not obligated to apply, can apply at any stage but they cannot guarantee application fee waivers or ability to access Gold Scholarships as these are limited.

Should your child be successful in obtaining a Gold Scholarship on the IAM360 Program, you will be required to make a once-off payment of 69,890 ZAR. You will be required to make payment prior to the 26th May 2025. Will this be something you are able to commit to, or would you prefer to apply at a later date once you are clear this is the path you wish to take?

Please nominate your preferred times for EACH of the days listed below. Please ensure that you select more than one time for EACH day, so that we can try to accommodate a time slot. We will advise you within 24 hours of submitting this form if we can confirm an initial Scholarship interview for you. The initial scholarship interview should not last more than 20 minutes and will be held over WhatsApp, so that we can conference-call parents in. You do not need to be at the same location; we can add people on to the call. Please do not leave any time or day below blank as we are trying our best to provide options to many students.
